Summary

Empower Young Minds as a One-to-One SEN Teacher

Location: Boston and surrounding areas
Pay: £30-£35 per hour (PAYE, case dependent)
Schedule: Monday to Friday | Term-Time Only
Hours: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM (flexible working available)
Focus: Individualised teaching for students with SEN, SEMH, SEMD, and medical needs



The Role

Are you an experienced educator who thrives on making a difference beyond the classroom? We're looking for a compassionate and adaptable SEN Teacher to work one-to-one with students who need a more personalised approach to learning. You'll support learners with a range of additional needs, helping them build confidence, develop essential skills, and re-engage with education in a meaningful way.



What You'll Be Doing

Deliver tailored lessons in Maths, English, and Science, aligned with the UK curriculum

What We're Looking For

QTS or equivalent ( PGCE)

Minimum of 2 years' teaching experience

Confidence teaching across Key Stages 1-4
