Summary

Come and make a difference at Karbon as a General Construction Operative

We are looking to appoint 2 suitably qualified and experienced individual for the role of General Construction Operative in the Property Services Team.

About the role

We have 2 Vacancies within our Property Services team. This role has become available due to our continued growth within the North-East and is part of our on-going commitment to provide as many good quality homes as we can, with building safety at the forefront ensuring that our communities are strong sustainable and compliant.

We have these vacancies due to the added need for fly tipping in high-risk areas to be removed swiftly to minimise the risk of fire.

About you

We are looking for GCO’s to join our team to assist Karbon Homes in delivering works within our property services team, delivering an excellent repairs and maintenance service that promotes a culture of customer first and continuous improvement.

A good knowledge of health and safety in a construction background is essential with all the skills necessary to deliver all aspects of the role in occupied, empty home, domestic and non-domestic premises.

A full UK driving license is essential
