  Job Description:
  We are currently seeking an Assembly Operative to join our team in Redditch. The role involves the assembly of bespoke wooden trusses, using various hand tools and working from technical drawings.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Assembling custom wooden trusses

    
    

  • Accurately measuring materials using a tape measure

    
    

  • Using hand tools safely and effectively

    
    

  • Interpreting and following technical drawings

    
    

    Requirements:

    • Ability to confidently read and use a tape measure

      
      

    • Previous assembly experience is desirable but not essential

      
      

    • A strong work ethic and attention to detail
