Position: Assembler
Location: Redditch
Hours: 8am - 4:30pm
We are currently seeking an Assembler to join our team. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for using riveters and other hand tools to assemble metal louvres according to technical designs. This role requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow technical instructions accurately.
As an Assembler, you will be an essential part of our production team, ensuring high-quality louvres are produced efficiently and to the highest standards. You will be collaborating with other team members to meet production targets and maintain a safe working environment.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, motivated, and able to work well under pressure. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of metalworking and the ability to read technical designs.
• Use riveters and other hand tools to assemble metal louvres according to technical designs
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all assembly processes
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and maintain a safe working environment
• Read and interpret technical designs to accurately assemble louvres
• Identify and report any issues or concerns with materials or equipment
• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a manufacturing or metalworking environment
• Strong understanding of metalworking techniques and ability to read technical designs
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions accurately
• Ability to work well under pressure and collaborate with team members
