Summary

We are seeking to appoint an Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day activities on the Africa Pandemic Sciences Collaborative, a high-profile initiative delivered in partnership with Science for Africa (SFA) Foundation, based in Nairobi, and Mastercard Foundation.

Reporting to the Programme Officer, you will be a critical member of the team, providing day-to-day
administrative and logistical support to a range of activities. Responsibilities will include making
overseas travel arrangements, scheduling and supporting meetings and events, document management, and basic financial administration. The role would suit a well-organised individual with an interest in global health and with excellent administration and communication skills.

It is essential that you have experience in managing administrative processes, alongside the ability to interpret, apply and communicate regulations and procedures. You should bring an adaptable approach to successfully handle changing priorities and work under time pressure when required. You should also have experience working within a team in an office environment.
