We’re looking for compassionate and proactive Teaching Assistants to join our team in Aylesbury. In this role, you’ll provide person-centered support to help individuals enhance their well-being and independence.
We offer flexible shifts to fit your schedule,Monday to Friday.
Your Responsibilities:
✔ Offer emotional and practical support to children with mental health needs and SEN
✔ Assist with daily activities, personal care, and meal preparation
✔ Encourage social inclusion by supporting individuals in community activities
✔ Work collaboratively within a supportive team to create a positive environment
✔ Utilize kitchen skills for meal planning and preparation
✔ Approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset

What We’re Looking For:
A caring, proactive attitude toward supporting individuals with mental health needs and Special Educational needs
Understanding of mental health challenges and effective support strategies
Ability to provide respectful and empowering support
Willingness to work a variety of shifts
A driving license (preferred)
Previous experience in a simlar role or in schools
