Summary
Total Social are working with Oldham Council who are looking for an experienced locum Adult's Social Worker for their Community Mental Health Team.
Duties includes:
* undertaking Care Act assessments,
* arranging care packages if needed & monitor its effectiveness.
* Monitoring MH and supporting people to remain well.
* As part of a MDT you will be working with health colleagues to manage risk.
* Record notes on Paris system.
* Purchase care packages & safeguarding using Mosaic.
