Summary
Placed Partnership is a Health & Social Care staffing agency supplying temporary and permanent staff to care homes, supported living services, and private healthcare providers. We are now looking for a commission-only recruiter to help us grow our client base and drive new business.
This role is ideal for someone confident in outreach, sales, and building relationships with care providers. You will be paid on a commission basis for each successful placement once the client has paid their invoice.
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or recruitment (preferred)
Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
Ability to manage time and follow through on leads
Understanding of the healthcare or social care sector is an advantage
Commission Structure:
You will be paid a percentage of the profit from each successful placement
Payment is made once the client has paid the invoice (our invoices are handled through a factoring company)
No base salary – this is 100% commission-based with no cap on earnings
