The Role
As a Sales Consultant, you will: Generate new business through outbound sales calls and client visits Build and maintain relationships with care homes and healthcare providers Identify client needs and offer tailored staffing solutions Negotiate rates and close deals to meet revenue targets Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are met

A strong background in sales, business development, or telesales
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
A self-motivated, target-driven mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in recruitment or healthcare (desirable but not essential)
