About the Role:As an Oxbridge Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting both students and staff across a specific academic department (depending on your subject expertise). This includes:

Providing targeted 1:1 and small group support to students, including gifted pupils and those who require extra assistance.

Supporting classroom teachers with planning and delivering high-quality lessons.

Creating engaging learning resources to stretch and challenge students academically.

Gaining valuable insight into lesson structure, pedagogy, and school life.

Helping students develop the skills and confidence they need to achieve top grades.
What We’re Looking For:-
A 2:1 or above from Oxford or Cambridge in a core subject (English, Maths, Sciences, Humanities, MFL or similar).

A passion for education and a strong academic foundation.

Confidence, intellectual curiosity, and a genuine desire to explore teaching as a profession.

Previous tutoring or mentoring experience is highly desirable.
