About the Role:

As an Oxbridge Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting both students and staff across a specific academic department (depending on your subject expertise). This includes:

• Providing targeted 1:1 and small group support to students, including gifted pupils and those who require extra assistance.

  
  

• Supporting classroom teachers with planning and delivering high-quality lessons.

  
  

• Creating engaging learning resources to stretch and challenge students academically.

  
  

• Gaining valuable insight into lesson structure, pedagogy, and school life.

  
  

• Helping students develop the skills and confidence they need to achieve top grades.

  
  What We’re Looking For:

  • A 2:1 or above from Oxford or Cambridge in a core subject (English, Maths, Sciences, Humanities, MFL or similar).

    
    

  • A passion for education and a strong academic foundation.

    
    

  • Confidence, intellectual curiosity, and a genuine desire to explore teaching as a profession.

    
    

  • Previous tutoring or mentoring experience is highly desirable.
