Customer Services Executive’s x2
ESS Employment are seeking x2 Customer Services Executive’s for our well-established international client based in Yate. The role will involve being fully responsible for the efficient and effective administration of selected existing and potential accounts.
The successful candidate will be working within a fast-paced environment and will be confident when dealing with all levels of people.
Duties:
• Processing orders into the system within 24H.
• Acknowledge all orders to the customers within 24H.
• Ensure digital and physical filing is kept up to date to ensure documents are easily found and compliant for audits.
• Ensure customers are informed about Leadtime and status of their orders. Any issue impacting customer’s orders/products needs to be communicated in timely manner.
• Handling customer’s queries and day to day requests.
• Answering incoming calls and emails.
• Send Customer’s Complaint form when receiving a claim if needed and direct customer to the right contact. Acknowledge customer’s complaint within 24H.
• Chase the relevant teams to ensure each claim’s response is sent on a timely manner.
• Open orders, back orders & stock reports to be issued and shared with Customers at least on monthly basis.
• Setting up regular meetings with customers to discuss account situation (open queries, open orders, future orders etc)

• Able to work under pressure.
• Experience of working in Customer Service within an office environment.
