Are you a flexible and experienced Secondary Cover Supervisor looking for work in Great Barr?
Winner Education is seeking a Cover Supervisor to deliver English, Maths, and Science lessons at secondary schools in the area.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging lessons in English, Maths, and Science at KS3 and KS4
• Adapt teaching methods to support students of all abilities
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback
• Offer 1:1 support for pupils with additional learning needs
• Assist GCSE students with exam preparation
• Follow school policies and maintain classroom discipline
• Teaching experience in a secondary school setting
• Strong subject knowledge in English, Maths, and Science
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• Ability to work flexibly across different schools
• A passion for teaching and supporting student progress
