Role Summary:
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the car buying journey from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing and submitting finance documents and supporting information with accuracy and efficiency
• Coordinating seamless handovers to the Car Collection Team
• Maintaining clear and professional communication with customers and dealers
• Collecting customer testimonials and photographs to showcase successful purchases
• Providing post-purchase support and resolving any customer queries
Working Hours:
• Full-time, permanent position based in the Cheadle office
• Shifts 5 days per week between Monday to Saturday, either 9am-5:30pm or 10am-6:30pm
• Office-based working is required due to regulatory compliance
