We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Business Growth Lead to join our team working across college.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a strategic and innovative professional to play a key role in driving growth and shaping the future of our College.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, significant new and emerging opportunities, and competitive landscape across Cheshire and Warrington;
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve growth targets;
Partnership Development: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including businesses, community organizations, and local government;
Project Management: Oversee the execution of business development projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget; and
Collaboration: Work closely with vocational, academic and administrative departments to align business development efforts with the college’s educational objectives.
Key Person Specification Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
Proven experience in business development, preferably within the education sector;
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Dynamics;
Understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion in work and the learning environment; and
Enhanced DBS check.
