Are you an experienced Sales professional with a passion for promoting Health and Wellness and being a key driver in the growth of memberships?
We're looking for a Senior Sales Lead to help deliver sales initiatives to increase memberships, monitor trends and stay informed about industry developments.
Collaborating with various departments including Marketing, Operations and Customer Experience, you'll ensure successful implementation & promotion of offers. As a senior member of the Sales team, you’ll support the Sales Development Manager to mentor a Sales Leads, providing training and ongoing support to enhance their performance and achieve individual and team goals.
As Senior Sales Lead you'll be responsible for growing the membership base in your designated area of Cheshire East (north/central/south). You'll actively generate leads and convert interest into sign-ups.
This role will be the face of our brand in the local community - you'll attend events, engage with local groups, and follow up on enquiries to turn conversations into customers. A front-line, site-based sales role, our Senior Sales Lead opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives on personal interaction, enjoys creating new connections, and is passionate about helping people discover the benefits of a healthy, active lifestyle.
As Senior Sales Lead you’ll take an active lead in supplying the wider sales team with upcoming renewal data and supporting with lead generation. You’ll also lead on sales training for the wider business, working with our Everybody Academy to create a sales training plan, training documentation, onsite training support and mentoring the wider sales team to help deliver the proposed training plan for all staff.

Hours: Full & Part Time available
Salary: £25,707 - £27,529 plus up to £500 monthly potential commission for exceeding targets
