We’re currently looking for a nurturing and motivated Nursery Practitioner to join our brand-new nursery! We’re looking for someone who’s caring, enthusiastic, and ready to make a real difference in children’s early years. Ideally, you’ll have:
• A minimum of a Level 2 Early Years Qualification
• A good understanding of safeguarding and how to keep children safe

What does the role involve?
As part of our nursery team, your role will be all about supporting our little ones to grow, learn, and thrive in a safe and nurturing environment. Some of the things you’ll be doing include:
• Caring for our children day-to-day from feeding and nappy changing to supporting potty/toilet training, you’ll help keep them happy, healthy, and comfortable.
• Planning and leading fun, age-appropriate activities that encourage learning through play whether it’s building towers, painting masterpieces, or exploring the outdoors!
• Supporting children’s development by helping them grow in areas like speech, motor skills, confidence, and friendships.
• Creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere where children feel safe, supported, and excited to explore and be themselves.
• Observing and recording progress keeping track of key milestones, behaviours, and learning needs, in line with the EYFS framework.
• Working closely with parents and carers, sharing updates and being there for conversations about their child’s growth and well-being.
