Bydd y Gweithiwr Cymdeithasol angen sgiliau cyfathrebu ardderchog.
Bydd yr ymgeisydd llwyddiannus yn cynnig gwasanaeth gwaith cymdeithasol o ansawdd uchel i Pobl Ddiamddiffyn, eu perthnasau a’u gofalwyr, trwy weithio gyda staff eraill Gwasanaethau Cymdeithasol, cyrff statudol eraill a’r sectorau gwirfoddol ac annibynnol.
Bydd deilydd y swydd yn rheoli llwyth achosion, yn cymryd rhan yn y system ddyletswydd Pobl Ddiamddiffyn ac yn cynorthwyo i wella darpariaeth gwasanaeth.
Dylai’r ymgeiswyr fod yn Weithiwr Cymdeithasol Cofrestredig sy’n meddu ar CQSW, DipSW, Gradd mewn Gwaith Cymdeithasol.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Social Worker to join the Vulnerable People Service. We are looking for a Social Worker with vision and passion, the Social Worker will work to provide a service that is person centred and outcome focussed. The Social Worker will need to have excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate will provide a high quality social work service to Vulnerable People, their relatives and carers through working with other Social Services staff, other statutory bodies and the Voluntary and Independent Sector.
The post holder will manage a case load, will take part in the Vulnerable People Duty system and assist with the improvement of the service delivery.
Applicants should have a professional Social Work Qualification CQSW, DipSW, Degree in Social Work and be a Registered Social Worker.

Due to the nature of the work, it will be necessary to obtain a satisfactory disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS)
