Summary
Housing Support Officer - Walthamstow
Morgan Hunt is seeking a compassionate and proactive Housing Support Officer to join our client at YMCA in Walthamstow. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of young and vulnerable individuals by providing essential housing support and guidance.
Location: Walthamstow
Contract Type: Temporary FTC till Oct 2025- Full time
Pay Rate: £15.76 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of residents, offering housing-related support and guidance.
- Monitor rent accounts, ensuring timely payments and addressing arrears proactively.
- Collaborate with internal departments to deliver comprehensive services.
- Assist residents in engaging with progression activities and securing move-on accommodation.
- Address anti-social behaviour in line with tenancy and licence conditions.
