Summary
Key Responsibilities Lead the strategic direction of BWPCA, working closely with the Board and CEO. Champion the voice of primary care through the GPLG and system-level engagement. Drive the development and influence of the Alliance vehicle. Build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders across the ICS, including member practices, partners, and the voluntary sector. Promote innovation in workforce, training, and models of care. Act as BWPCAs lead representative at Place and system forums. About You We are looking for an experienced leader with: A strong track record in primary care, system leadership, or integrated care. Exceptional strategic and political insight. Outstanding stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills. A collaborative, values-driven approach. The ability to inspire, influence, and deliver in complex environments.
