Are you passionate about supporting young people who need a fresh start in education? We are proud to be partnering with a dedicated Alternative Provision in Blandford Forum, offering a fantastic opportunity for a Behaviour Mentor who is ready to make a lasting difference.
This specialist setting supports students who are currently disengaged from mainstream education and may face a range of challenges, including social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs, behavioural difficulties, and other additional barriers to learning.
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work one-on-one and in small groups to support pupils both academically and pastorally, on-site and during off-site outreach activities. Your primary focus will be on helping students develop emotional resilience, re-engage with their learning journey, and build essential life skills.
