Summary

Administrative Data Officer
Salary within the range of £24,114 and £25,668 per annum, pro rata (£12,057 and £12,834 per annum) *Starting salary subject to college salary assessment process.

2 posts available for 18.5 hours a week. Days/hours to be discussed at interview.

We have an exciting opportunity at Suffolk New College where you can work, learn and progress your career. We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and professional individual who has experience of managing a range of administrative processes, practices and an eye for detail.

You will be working as part of the Funding and Performance team, and will be responsible for entering and maintaining data and information on key College systems; therefore IT skills and expertise are essential.

To apply you should have a relevant Level 3 qualification and maths and English at Level 2 or equivalent. You will also have demonstrable administrative and IT skills, along with the ability to work pro-actively with a customer –focused approach.

The base for this post will be both Ipswich and Rural Campus, however Suffolk New College is a multi-campus, therefore you will be required to work at and travel between campuses
