The study programmes we offer include a work experience placement, enrichment opportunities and an educational offering which includes English, maths and Digital Skills alongside a substantial qualification.
Our tutors work in partner premises and with partners to deliver an outstanding learning experience that helps young people develop life skills, independence, vocational skills, gives them a voice and increases their options with regards to volunteering, internships, paid employment and supported living.
Who we are looking for…
An outstanding practitioner who is dynamic, flexible, and creative.
Someone who is learner centric and focused on delivering positive outcomes for learners of all abilities and levels.
You will be able to motivate even the most reluctant of learners and those for whom education may not have been a positive experience to reach successful outcomes.
A person who can deliver face to face lessons in venues across the local area.
A tutor who has extensive experience of working with learners with additional needs; often complex.
Someone with excellent communication skills who can read the room and respond in a positive way to provide effective intervention to manage classroom behaviour.
