We are seeking a passionate and proactive Work Placement Assessor for Health and Social Care to support learners on their practical journey towards qualification. This is a permanent role with a well-established college committed to developing its team and growing the next generation of healthcare professionals.

The Role:
- Coordinate and support learners undertaking Health & Social Care placements
- Liaise with employers and on-site supervisors to ensure learners meet key outcomes
- Conduct on-site observations and maintain accurate records of progress
- Help learners reflect on their practice and grow in confidence
- Work closely with tutors and curriculum teams to align assessment and academic learning
What You'll Need: - Background in Health and Social Care, Nursing or similar profession
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of work-based learning environments
- A relevant assessor or teaching qualification is an advantage, but not essential
- Commitment to learner success and employer engagement
