We are recruiting for a female support worker requiring fluent spoken and written English to support a service user’s communication needs. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and be available for up to 40 hours per week.

Role Overview
As a Support Worker with We Are Care, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals who require assistance with their daily living needs. You will support clients, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and well-being, whether at home or within the community.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide person-centered care and support tailored to individual needs.
· Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
· Encourage and enable clients to engage in social and recreational activities.
· Build positive and trusting relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
· Maintain accurate records of care provided, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
· Promote the safety, dignity, and independence of each client.
· Respond to emergencies and escalate concerns as needed.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Previous experience in care or support work is desirable but not essential—comprehensive training is provided.
· A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle is an advantage but not mandatory.
Requirements
· Female (due to female service user)
· Right to work in the UK
· At least 6 months experience in a care or support setting (essential)
· An enhanced DBS check, DBS on update service an advantage for faster onboarding
