Duties
Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with clients to assess their career aspirations and challenges.
Develop tailored career plans that align with clients' skills, interests, and market demands.
Educate clients on effective job search techniques, including resume writing, interview preparation, and networking strategies.
Provide ongoing support and motivation to help clients stay focused on their career objectives.
Facilitate workshops and group sessions on various topics related to career development.
Stay updated on industry trends and job market changes to provide relevant advice to clients.
Maintain accurate records of client progress and feedback to continuously improve coaching methods.
Requirements
Proven experience in career coaching or a related field is preferred.
Strong educational background in psychology, human resources, or a related discipline is advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse individuals.
A genuine passion for helping others succeed in their careers.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients effectively.
Familiarity with various assessment tools and resources for career development is beneficial.
