Summary
We are seeking individuals who are passionate about accessibility and usability, committed to making the digital world more inclusive.
Ideal candidates should possess one or more of the following:
- Knowledge of digital accessibility, usability, user-centred design, universal design, or inclusive design.
- Understanding of web, mobile, or software development.
- Experience with testing frameworks and standards, preferably Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
- Background in user research, including moderated user testing.
- Confidence in public speaking and delivering training sessions.

Technical Requirements
A foundational level of technical awareness is essential, including:
- Basic working knowledge of vanilla HTML, CSS, and, to a lesser extent, JavaScript.
