Summary

As the Delivery Support Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing team outputs, especially the delivery of fire risk assessments to the required timelines and quality standards. You will develop and implement quality assurance processes, support with fire safety IT system administration, data accuracy and other team administrative tasks.

This is a home based role with a requirement to attend occasional meetings and workshops at the Fire Service College in Moreton in Marsh and other Capita sites across the UK.

• Ensuring Fire Risk Assessments, and other fire safety outputs on MoD sites are delivered within contracted timescales
• Implementing and operating processes to ensure requests are logged, assigned, scheduled and delivered to meet contractual timescales
• Downloading data and checking to ensure accuracy
• Managing task completion trackers
• Processing of access to the systems for individuals, involving creating and adjusting required accounts
• Creating and updating processes, such as quality checking on specific reports
• Checking records of training and competence are up to date
• Supporting the wider team with administration for team meetings, including collating information on attendance, booking facilities, as and when required

What we're looking for:

• Good IT skills using Microsoft Office and adaptable to in house systems.
• Ability to interpret data using Microsoft Excel
• Strong people skills with the ability to influence
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to multi-task and support team targets and deadlines
• Experience in a similar role, within a Fire and Rescue or Fire Safety background, would be an advantage but is not essential
