The Best Connection are currently recruiting a Spreadsheet System Developer to work for one of our clients based on Raynesway. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a full rebuild of a custom-built reservations and itinerary system. Youll be working hands-on with Google Sheets, Slides and Apps Script, with real responsibility and the chance to shape the future of a niche business system. Pay: £13.33 per hour (£26,000 per year) Duration: Temporary (2/3 months) Shifts: Monday to Friday: 9:00-17:00 Location: Derby Office-Based Role with the potential of remote working Requirements of a Project Co-ordinator/Data Entry Admin Proficiency with Google Sheets, Google Slides and Apps Script Able to identify, fix and report system bugs Daily progress reporting and documentation High attention to detail and accuracy Independent and self-motivated Desirable Experience for a Project Co-ordinator/Data Entry Admin Process mapping and system design Google Drive organisation and permissions setup Google Data Studio knowledge Role of a Project Co-ordinator/Data Entry Admin Implement urgent fixes to the current spreadsheet system Improve automation and ensure data accuracy Assist with planning and documenting a new version of the system Build and implement the new reservation platform Maintain consistency in data, structure, and output Support production of a user manual for system users Benefits of working for The Best Connection as a Project Co-ordinator/Data Entry Admin On-going Assignments Holiday Entitlement Excellent Pay rates Overtime On-Line Payslips Pension Provision
