As a strategic leader reporting to the Country FM Lead, you will oversee Technical Services and Cluster Sites, ensuring service excellence, compliance, and sustainability in a truly unique facility.Join Sodexo and be part of something greater—where you can lead with purpose and thrive in a dynamic, high-profile environment.
What you’ll do:
- Manage Technical Services and Cluster Sites, collaborating with Soft Services and Event Management across Ireland.
- Drive service excellence through innovative solutions while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sustainability standards.
- Oversee Technical and Remote Site Operations, managing subcontractors to deliver exceptional service.
- Engage with senior management and clients, ensuring full adherence to MSA, SLA, and regulatory requirements.
- Support business growth, identifying and recommending additional services to enhance client satisfaction.
- Ensure contract delivery within commercial and legal terms, optimizing profitability and cost efficiency.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Sodexo as an employer of choice and upholding global standards
What You Bring:
- Extensive experience in anoutsourced integrated facilities managementenvironment.
- Strong ability tobuild and manage client relationships, with acommercial mindset.
- Proven leadership in managingteams and multiple contractorseffectively.
- Exceptionalorganizational, communication, and strategic planningskills.
- IOSH/NEBOSH qualifications(preferred).
- Familiarity with Sodexo systems and processes (an advantage).
