Summary
About you Were seeking someone with: Substantial experience in a complex organisation within a relevant specialist field. Expert knowledge of procurement regulations (PCR15 & PA23) and e-sourcing systems. Strong analytical skills and experience in statutory and operational reporting. Excellent project management and ICT skills, including Microsoft and specialist procurement software. A degree-level education and a relevant professional qualification (e.g., CIPS Level 5, CIPFA Diploma). Please refer to the job summary for full details about the role.
