At Hallmark Luxury Care Homes, we don’t just provide care — we create communities where people live with dignity, joy, and purpose. Since 1997, our family-run organisation has been driven by strong values, heartfelt relationships, and a commitment to delivering the very best in relationship-centred care.

As a Dementia Care Manager, you’ll be at the heart of that mission.

The Opportunity

This is more than a job. It’s a calling.

You’ll lead our dedicated dementia community at Maycroft Manor, managing and inspiring a caring team to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care. With support from our Head of Relationship Centred Care and Dementia Relationship Practitioner, you’ll champion Hallmark’s award-winning dementia strategy and help shape a vibrant, inclusive environment where residents and families feel valued, supported, and seen.

We don’t focus on tasks — we focus on people. And we’re looking for someone who shares that passion.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading the day-to-day management of the dementia community
Embedding Hallmark’s relationship-centred dementia strategy at every level
Coaching and developing team members to deliver truly exceptional care
Supporting families and helping them become partners in their loved ones’ care
Building strong local links and representing Hallmark within the dementia community
Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and Hallmark’s quality framework
Managing assessments, care planning, audits, recruitment, and compliance
Who You Are

You are a passionate advocate for dementia care, with proven experience in managing dementia services in residential or nursing care settings. You lead with warmth, empathy, and quiet confidence — always looking to raise the bar and inspire those around you.

You’ll also bring:

A deep understanding of person-centred and relationship-centred care
Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and best practice in dementia care
A proactive, inclusive, and approachable leadership style
The ability to engage meaningfully with residents, families, and professionals
The courage to challenge poor practice and drive positive change
