Summary
Wood End Catering Ltd (Turton Gold Club) in Bolton are recruiting for an Apprentice Front of House Assistant. The successful candidate will work towards completing a Level 2 Hospitality Team Member apprenticeship over the duration of 16 months.
Job Details:
The Ideal applicant will be trained to
• Greeting customers
• Understanding and promoting the menus available
• Taking and processing orders
• Serving food & drinks (table service)
• Understanding and implementing food safety
• Supporting & working with team members
• Understanding the product knowledge of menu content and drinks available from the bar
Requirements:
• Self motivated and enthusiastic, with the desire to learn
• A passion for working in a fast pace environment
• Attention to detail
• Confidence in good communication with customers
Hours of work:
Flexible working shift patterns Wednesday - Thursday 13:00-21:00 Friday - Saturday 11:00-19:00 Sunday 12:00-20:00 (2 x breaks) 40 hours per week
