    Key Responsibilities:

      • Handle contractual and legal elements of construction projects to ensure profitability and compliance
      • Prepare accurate estimates for materials, time, and labour
      • Source, appoint, and manage subcontractors to meet build and quality targets
      • Monitor subcontractor performance against budgets and KPIs
      • Collaborate across departments to drive project delivery
      • Produce valuation reports and commercial insights for management
      • Promote and ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental policies

      What We're Looking For:

        • Experience in the housebuilding industry is essential
        • Strong understanding of HSE regulations and building standards
        • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
        • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
        • Familiarity with financial reporting, including P&L and balance sheets
