About you...
As a Administration and Data Officer, you will have a keen eye for detail, ensuring data is consistently accurate and up to date across all systems.

In this role as Administration and Data Officer, you will take the lead in developing and maintaining a Business Intelligence (BI) dashboard to support effective tracking and reporting, while ensuring all required reports are delivered on time.

You will provide administrative support to the team by handling emails, phone calls and general enquiries.

About the team...
The Migration Team was formed in May 2023 to consolidate the council's support across all Government migration schemes. This is a high-priority area of work with significant visibility within the council, and we are committed to achieving the best outcomes. The team comprises various specialists, and we collaborate closely with staff across the organisation and with our partners.

The team is part of the Early Help service, which focuses on providing support to children and families in Bracknell Forest. We also maintain strong partnerships with multiple council teams and external partners to ensure coordinated and effective support.

Key responsibilities...
To ensure that data on arrivals, departures, and movement is captured in a timely and secure manner, providing real-time updates to relevant stakeholders.
To prepare and submit data returns, ensuring that all necessary documentation is provided and in accordance with funding requirements.
To track funding spend and ensure proper reporting to stakeholders, ensuring that resources can be allocated efficiently and in compliance with budgetary guidelines.
To act as the key liaison for all data-related queries, assisting in audits and providing timely responses to internal and external requests.
To develop and implement a BI dashboard to ensure that all required data returns, reports, and updates to funders and stakeholders are completed on time and are of high quality.
To analyse collected data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement within the migration process. Provide actionable insights to the team manager.
