Are you passionate about helping young people with additional needs achieve their full potential? Long Term Futures are looking for a reliable and resilient Learning Support Assistant to join one of our fantastic client colleges, specialising in supporting students aged 16-25 with a wide range of complex needs, including Autism, physical disabilities, and multiple learning difficulties.

This role plays a key part in creating a supportive and inclusive environment, encouraging students to grow in independence while thriving both academically and personally. If you're proactive, patient, and committed to making a real difference, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:

Offering 1:1 and small group support, helping students to access their learning

Supporting with differentiated learning tasks, ensuring activities are inclusive and engaging

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience supporting young people with SEN needs, ideally in a post-16 setting (desirable but not essential)
