What is the job role?

Governors wish to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to work in KS1.

The role will involve supporting teaching and learning and being an integral part of the LSA team. A degree of flexibility is required to meet the needs of the children and the school.

Our school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful candidate will be required to undertake an enhanced criminal record check via the DBS.

Who are we looking for?

Applicants should have:

  • Good Literacy and Numeracy skills equivalent to NVQ 2 or GCSE (A-C grades) in English and Maths
  • NVQ 3 or equivalent, Teaching Assistant
