We are seeking compassionate and resilient Teaching Assistants who hold Team Teach certification to support pupils with behavioural needs or special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

We are looking for Teaching Assistants who:

  • Hold Team Teach training (recent certification is highly desirable)


  • Have experience supporting children with challenging behaviour, autism, ADHD, or other SEND


  • Are calm, patient, and confident in managing behaviour in a positive and supportive way


  • Can work effectively 1:1 or in small groups under the guidance of the class teacher


  • Have strong communication skills and a caring, professional approach
