Summary

The Academic Registry (AR) is the central department responsible for managing the administrative aspects of students’ time at USW. The AR provides high quality professional administrative and logistical services that underpin the University’s curriculum and student journey.

When you work with us, students and faculty will frequently turn to you with enquiries via telephone, email, and Microsoft Teams. An integral part of the role will involve assisting pivotal academic milestones such as enrolment exams, or graduation. When working at USW we envision you as someone who continuously seeks avenues to refine and enhance our processes, whilst vigilantly maintaining our student record. As part of our team, you will become an essential pivot in a diverse academic ecosystem, gaining a rich insight into Higher Education.




Location

The university is currently operating a hybrid-model of working; with a requirement to be on campus during peak periods.

If you are a successful candidate and this position will be your first professional services role at the University / RWCMD (or you are currently employed by PSS Ltd), you will be employed by Professional and Support Services Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the University of South Wales, which provides services to the University and Colleges.
