Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
First and foremost, we seek to appoint a strong and inspirational class teacher. Having experience of teaching across all primary phases would be an advantage.
We seek a highly skilled and energetic teacher who will join us in our commitment to strive for excellence in all areas and to ensure that everyone can fulfil their true potential.
We are looking for:
• An excellent classroom practitioner who will challenge, inspire and teach creatively, enabling all pupils to make exceptional progress
• A teacher who has a clear understanding of how children learn best, an inclusive approach to education and secure subject knowledge
• Someone who enjoys their work, has a positive outlook and is motivated to develop
• A positive leader and team player who has an excellent work ethic; is diligent and dedicate
• Someone who is willing to develop professionally, liaise well with colleagues and contribute to the wider life of the school
• A professional with a clear, ambitious vision for SEND provision - one that reflects our school’s belief that “all things are possible for one who believes”
