Summary
Providing outreach support to vulnerable people living in the community
Support clients with the following:
Booking and attending appointments.
Budgeting, and paying bills.
Managing correspondences.
Shopping and meal planning.
Booking repairs.
Managing relationships.
Planning daily living routines.
Keeping safe living environment.
Accessing community resources, activities and enable them to enjoy active life as citizens.
Motivating them to learn new skills or maintain skills for life and to find employment.
Maintain safe living conditions.
Going out for a hot drink or lunch.
Accessing community facilities, swimming, library other leisure activities.
Sitting down, listening to life stories, playing board games, watching TV and many more.
About you, you must have:
Commitment to caring for people who are infirm
Compassionate and caring values with respect of dignity and humanity
Empathetic with good listening skills.
driving and access to a car and eligible to work in UK
