Summary
Hours: Full time - 35 hours per week/ 70 hours over two weeks (nine-day fortnight)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Repairs Analyst to join our team.
You will be responsible for the analysis, documentation and reporting on responsive repairs and maintenance activity across our Extra Care and Retirement Living services.
The Repairs Analyst will monitor performance, identify trends, support service improvement, and help ensure residents receive a high-quality, timely, and cost-effective repairs service. Supporting us to make data driven decisions, you will be focussed on continuous improvement, always looking for opportunities to help us work smarter, not harder and provide the best repairs service delivery to our residents.
At Housing 21, the on-site housing teams are responsible to residents for the repairs service, and the Repairs Analyst will take a collaborative approach to partnering with the operational teams. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will provide accurate repairs data, including volumes, costings and performance measures against targets.
Excellent attention to detail is a must, along with brilliant customer service and the ability to manage your own workload and work to strict deadlines.

What we are looking for:
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings clearly
Knowledge or experience of repairs and maintenance processes
Excellent Excel and data reporting skills (e.g., Power BI, SQL, or similar)
Ability to manage own workload and meet deadlines
A positive, proactive approach
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
Previous experience within housing management or repairs is desirable
