Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to an autistic young boy within his home and local community.
Key Responsibilities:
● Provide assistance with taking him on days out.
● Support the young boy in becoming more active and physically fit. This role is ideal for sports, physical education, or personal training undergraduates.
Candidate Requirements:
● We seek a caring, proactive, and motivated individual with a genuine passion for supporting others.
● While previous experience is desirable, it is not essential. However, a positive attitude and strong work ethic are crucial.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
● A driver with a full, clean driving license and own vehicle is essential.
Position Details:
● This is a part-time position, requiring a commitment of 3 hours per week, with a preference for weekends.
● The hourly rate is £12.21, mileage will be paid at 45p per mile.
● Plus 5.6 weeks paid annual leave and workplace pension scheme.
