Summary
1. Support the GCFIEO with the delivery of a unified approach to the delivery of Estates, Facilities Clinical Engineering and Medical Physics and capital development services to achieve compliance across the Group, based on the NHS Premises Assurance Model 2. Based on the above, review all and any compliance issues and develop medium and long term remedial strategies where required. 3. Hold corporate responsibility for facilities, infrastructure and environment policies, and provide assurance to Board with respect to compliance with these policies. Formulate appropriate policy and governance arrangements. Accountable for relevant legislation and regulatory compliance and production of supporting evidence. 4. Responsible for establishing and updating Group policies in connection with facilities, infrastructure and environment services and inputting to the development of other Group policies. 5.
