Summary
What is the role?
The Neighbourhood Services Officer is responsible for the day to day delivery of a front line estate management service. The purpose of the Neighbourhood Services Team is to help keep the local area safe clean and tidy, and to provide advice and support when needed.
Whilst dealing with estate based issues you will listen to residents, gain an understanding of the situation / circumstances, react to the problem appropriately and when necessary challenge resident behaviour. Your role will include speaking to tenants / leaseholders regarding the correct disposal of black bags and bulk items with a view to re-educate those who are not disposing of these items in the correct way.
