We are looking for an individual, who can make difference in our sales team.
We offer a broad range of travel solutions, including:
• Domestic & international flight ticket bookings
• Tailor-made holiday packages personalized to individual needs
• Customized packages with fixed departures for group travellers
• Corporate and group travel arrangements for business clients
Key Responsibilities
• discusses business methods, products or services and targets customer group with employer or
client to identify marketing requirements
• collates and interprets findings of market research and presents results to clients
through market research, discusses possible changes that need to be made in terms of design,
price, packaging, promotion etc
• develops digital marketing strategies, such as the use of social media, to promote products,
brands or services and presents options to the client
• briefs advertising team on client requirements, monitors the progress of advertising
campaigns and liaises with client on potential modifications
⦁Maximise and grow agency sales in the travel industry in the UK
⦁ Develop and maintain strong relationships with our travel agent partners to help make
agents.
⦁ Creating and updating training presentations to a high standard.
⦁ Provide excellent training sessions to trade partners with enthusiasm and passion including
regular sales visits in person, as well as leading webinars
⦁ Provide consistent communication with agency partners to communicate news, product
updates, incentives and training
⦁ Manage your own day-to-day schedule with help and guidance as required
⦁ Attending and hosting (if applicable) travel trade, consumer and conference events. This
requires regular evening and occasional weekend work
⦁ Creating fam trips and hosting selected Fam trips
⦁ Updating social media channels with any trade activity on a regular basis
⦁ To be familiar with the trends of the company's and competitors' products and to advise the
Head of Trade accordingly.
⦁ Collecting travel agent contact information during sales calls, and update the database
accordingly
⦁ Respond quickly and efficiently to travel agent queries and assist with any requests and
support they need
⦁ Help manage sales budgets alongside head of trade sales
⦁ Monthly reporting on agent call and visit activity
⦁ Negotiating business terms with new and existing clients using phone, email and inperson
meetings
⦁ Regular driving is required, therefore a clean driving license and car is essential
⦁ Maintain accurate records and documentation of sales activities
