An opportunity has arisen for two Transformation Project Managers to join the Transformation Project team. The team has a diverse portfolio of programmes and projects which support the strategic aims of Sunderland City Council.

The successful candidate will manage a variety of change projects, simultaneously, across multiple stakeholder groups, ensuring that the full requirements of service areas are understood well and that projects are developed, coordinated and delivered successfully. You will have responsibility for planning and tracking project delivery and timelines, along with working with service areas to create the right environment where teams are ready for change, and it is embedded well to achieve the full potential value.

Whilst we are looking for people with project management experience, we also value transferrable skills along with the attitudes and behaviours to succeed in the role. You will need to be self-driven with a positive 'can-do’ attitude, thrive on building strong relationship and influencing to deliver business improvements with a customer centric approach.
