Position Overview

We are looking for a highly organized Marketing Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our growing marketing department. This role is ideal for someone who excels at multitasking, administration, and coordinating behind-the-scenes logistics that help drive successful marketing campaigns and projects.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the marketing team with the execution and tracking of campaigns.

Maintain content calendars, update internal documentation, and coordinate deliverables.

Organize promotional events, support field activation teams, and manage logistical planning.

Communicate with vendors, agencies, and design teams to ensure timely execution of tasks.

Help prepare marketing materials, presentations, and reports.

Maintain the asset library including images, branding materials, and campaign records.

Support online community management, content uploads, and scheduling via social media tools.

Collect, organize, and summarize feedback and analytics from campaigns and team members.

Requirements

Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written).

1–2 years of experience in a marketing, administrative, or coordination role.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, WeChat tools, scheduling platforms).

Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects at once.

A self-starter with a team-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn.

Legal right to work in the UK or eligible for UK work visa sponsorship.
