Summary
The church is willing to recruit two church ushers/side-men and women with the duties and responsibilities listed below.
1 - Monitoring movement of church members in and out of the church during services, programs, ceremonies and other special events.
2 - Controlling and maintaining orderliness of the church members during church services, programs, ceremonies and other special events.
3 - Ensuring safety and security of the church members during church services, programs, ceremonies and other special events.
4 - Responding to emergency within the church premises.
5 - Preaching the gospel to their co-ministers during ministers vigil and prayer meetings.
6 - Leading house to house fellowship within the community.
7 - Conducting special vigil for the needy including women looking for the fruit of the womb.
8 - Coordinating children's activities during church services and other special events.
9 - Engaging in fasting and prayer in collaboration with other ministers and church workers with a view to build spiritual covering for church members and the community.
10 - Ready to take additional duties as directed by the shepherd.
Minimum requirements
i. Applicant must be a Christian, a Celestial member with Celestial background;
ii. Applicant must be able to communicate in Yoruba language as an additional language to English;
iii. Applicant must be a first-degree holder or be able to prove their English proficiency at a degree level;
iv. Applicant must have two years minimum working experience in relevant field;
v. Applicant must be able to demonstrate passion for Christ and His Kingdom through personal spiritual discipline and public ministry; and
vi. Applicant must be able to seek to grow in relationship with Christ through personal spiritual discipline, education, accountability and service to His Kingdom.
