Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a rapidly expanding Army Headquarters working as the focal point for Civilian Workforce Services. As the Business Manager for Workforce Services the successful candidate will be an effective communicator who is confident in engaging with a range of stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.

Key responsibilities of a Business Manager:

Support to all non-military workforce resourcing matters across the ARRC (Allied Rapid Reaction Corps), supporting Civil Service Recruitment action and provision of advice and guidance to Line Managers on Civilian Policy and Process.
Support Civil Service Workforce communication and engagement activity across ARRC including but not limited to provision of communications and coordination of annual People Survey.
Support the Civil Service Reward and Recognition activity across ARRC, supporting reward panels and ensuring promotion of Benefits and rewards.
Champion learning and development opportunities for the Civil Service Workforce across ARRC.
Collaborating with other Field Army Workforce Services teams, Army TLB Civilian People Team (ACPT) and DBS Civilian HR to support workforce management activities across the BLB and wider Field Army, including delivery of change.
