Summary
Recruitment Professionals is seeking a dedicated Post Completions / Case Support Assistant to join a busy conveyancing team at a reputable law firm’s Tarleton office. The successful candidate will play a key role in finalising residential property transactions and supporting fee earners with post-completion duties.

Key Responsibilities:
• Complete all post-completion tasks, including:
o Registering property transactions with the Land Registry
o Filing SDLT returns
o Managing and resolving requisitions
o Archiving and closing completed files
• Provide administrative assistance to fee earners
• Ensure compliance with conveyancing regulations and firm procedures
• Maintain case tracking systems and manage deadlines

Experience Required:
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a conveyancing or legal support role
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in post completions
• Excellent attention to detail and file management skills
• Familiarity with case management software
• Legal secretary/CILEx qualifications are an advantage but not essential
